Moderators are authorised to send messages to the News list. Other members can only send messages to the Group list.

The News list is a utility available to administrators and moderators to send information from those organising or coordinating the group to the other members.

The group moderator can use the News list to send messages to the other group members.

1- Go to the group in which you are a moderator.

2- When you are in the group, from the Group section (left menu), go to E-mail list.

3- You will see the two lists: Group list and News list. If you are a moderator, unlike the other members, you will see the Send a message button beside both lists.
