It refers to the special functions of the group moderator concerning the content of the Repository.

The Repository moderator can create and/or delete folders or directories in the Repository and delete files placed there by other users.

1- Go to the group in which you are a moderator.

2- When you are in, go to the Repository you want to moderate by clicking on its name in the Content section (left menu).

3- You can create a new folder, delete an existing folder or delete a file uploaded by another user:

a) To create a new folder:

• Click on the New folder button and fill in the fields of the form which appears, paying special attention to Folder name. You can add a description in whichever languages you like.

• Click on the Save button.

b) To delete a folder: click on the Delete link beside the name of the folder. This action is irreversible; all the files in the folder will be deleted.

c) To delete a file: click on the Delete link beside the name of the file. This action is irreversible.
