The Tools index gives you information about all the tools available in a portal, including the tools generally available on the portal, those available to each group and the user's personal tools (Mailing list, Blog, Calendar, Forum, Mailroom, Photograph album, Wiki, Repository), and new developments affecting them.

1- Go to the horizontal menu at the top right of the screen and click on Tools index.

2- On the main screen you will see the latest developments affecting the tools to which you have access.

3- From the vertical menu on the left you can go to guides to each of the tools, showing all the implementations of the tools and the latest developments in each.

4- When you have selected a tool from the menu on the left, in the horizontal menu at the top you will see the following options: View only portal tools, View only group tools and View only user tools, which will help you to find a specific tool.

Note: You can also access the tools which your group has by going to Groups > Group > Content; and the tools generally available on the portal through the Tools option in the menu on the left hand side of the portal's main page. A user's personal tools can be found by going to Personal zone > Own contents.
