What is it?

This area allows you to view statistics for your activity on the portal and your access to different content. It also displays graphics and data about your contacts and knowledge network under the following headings:

•  Summary of activity: Access by time bands, day, month, type of tool, groups and specific tool.

•  Access to your content: recorded by month and number of accesses.

•  Contacts and Knowledge network: Shows statistics for your contacts, split into four levels of proximity in your contact network.  

The system also allows you to filter statistics by dates and/or tools.

 
What's it for?

To monitor your activity on the portal. It is also useful to see which content you have visited most often and/or how many contacts you have, broken down by levels of proximity.

 
How do I use it?

a) To see overall statistics for your activity:

1- Go to Personal zone > Personal statistics.

2- Click on Overall statistics or choose a particular period.

3- Select the tools for which you want to obtain statistics (by default they are all marked).

4- You will see a screen with graphics and tables showing statistics for your activity (time bands, day, month, type of tool, groups, specific tool).

 

b) To see statistics for accesses to content:

1- Go to Personal zone > Personal statistics.

2- Click on Overall statistics or choose a particular period.

3- Click on User accesses to content in the horizontal menu above the graphics and tables.

4- You will see a screen with different graphics and tables showing
statistics for:

•  Accesses to your content (lists the number of accesses for each month).

•  Users who have accessed your content most often (lists the number of accesses for each user).

 

c) To see the number of your contacts and the number in your knowledge network:

1- Go to Personal zone > Personal statistics.

2- Click on Overall statistics or choose a particular period.

3- Click on Contacts and knowledge network in the horizontal menu above the graphics and tables.

4- You will see a screen showing how many contacts you have in your network,
broken down into four levels of proximity.
