1- Go to Personal zone> Own content > Tool management.
2- When you are in the Manage user tools section, choose from the pulldown menu the tool you want from those which are available (as established by the portal administrator) and then click on the New tool button. The maximum number of tools available to users is three: Blog, Calendar and Wiki.
3- You will then see a screen where you can set the properties of the new tool, who can see it, who can post comments, etc. The default setting for visibility is Private, which means that only the user can see the tool and its content. |
