a) Registered users:
1- The following conditions must be met for you to join a group: you must not be a member of it already, the group must be public, the portal must be public or a portal which you already belong to and which is registrable (this is a portal option, set by the administrator, which determines whether users can ask to join or not).
2- If you want to join a new group, go to Main > Groups. On the screen you will see a list of groups under All groups.
3- Click on the group you want to join.

Go to the menu on the left of the screen and select The group > Subscribe.
5- Fill in the field shown on the screen: Reasons why you want to join the group.
6- Click on Ok. Your message will be sent automatically to the group's administrator for your membership to be approved.
b) Non-registered users:
1- For you to join a new group the group must be public and the portal must be public and registrable (this is a portal option, set by the administrator, which determines whether users can register themselves, as in other websites.)
2- If you want to join a new group, go to Main > Groups
3- Click on the group you want to join.
4- Go to the menu on the left of the screen and select The group > Subscribe.
5- Fill in the fields shown on the screen: Reasons why you want to join the group, E-mail, First name and Surname.
6- Click on Ok. Your message will be sent automatically to the group's administrator for your membership to be approved.
