It is a tool which allows documents to be created and edited collectively, knowing at all times who has made each amendment.

A Wiki contains one or more documents.

This tool allows a document to be edited by all the authorised users, depending on its configuration.

Editing includes: adding new documents or pages to an already existing Wiki document, formatting and managing the different versions of a document. This last option allows you to view a version history and see what changes have been made and when.

Wiki can be used:

• For the different members of the group or the portal to create a collective document, such as meeting and conference minutes, reports, etc.
• To carry out asynchronous brainstorming.
• To continue working on the key elements of a meeting or group work session, such as drawing conclusions and making follow-up recommendations based on a discussion.

If the Wiki belongs to the portal, select it using the Tools option in the menu on the left hand side of the portal's main page.

If it belongs to a group, go to Groups > Group > Contents > Wiki.

If it is your own personal Wiki, go to Personal zone > Own contents > Wiki.

If you click on Tools index in the navigation menu appearing at the top of the screen on the right hand side and select Wiki (from the menu on the left), you will see a screen showing a list of all the Wikis available (belonging to the portal, belonging to groups, or personal).
