Document sharing is a key element of working as a group. This tool allows you to upload documents to the portal so that users who have the necessary authority can download them.
Next to each file you can see the date and time it was uploaded or modified, who uploaded it, an icon identifying the type of document (text, PDF, etc.) and the number of associated comments.
Which actions you can carry out in the Repository depends on how the administrator has configured the tool, which can be set according to user role (members, moderators, administrators):
- Who can add comments
- Who can administrate file
- Who can upload files
- Who can modify the description and key words of a file
- Who can move/copy/delete/rename files
- Who can recover/remove deleted files
- Who can activate/deactivate a draft file
