This option allows you to recover or permanently remove deleted files.
Whether you have the authority to carry out these actions depends on how the Group Administrator has configured the Repository.

It allows you to recover or permanently remove previously deleted files. This is possible because files are sent to a “recycling bin” when you delete them.

If you have the authority to carry out this action, you will see a List of deleted files.

If you don't have this authority, you will have to ask the administrator or moderator of the group to recover the deleted file for you.

1- Go to the Repository. If it belongs to the portal, select it using the Tools option in the menu on the left hand side of the portal's main page. If it belongs to a group, go to Groups > Group > Contents > Repository.

2- To Recover deleted files:

a) If you have the authority, you will see a list of deleted files in the main screen of the Repository

b) Select the file or files you want to recover.

c) Click on the Recover button.

3- To permanently remove a file:

a) If you have the authority, you will see a list of deleted files in the main screen of the Repository.

b) Select the file or files you want to remove.

c) Click on the Remove button.
