This space helps you to manage and improve the efficiency of the process of participation in the group or the portal. It is designed to let you participate in discussing, deciding, evaluating and managing the different elements of the application.

Using structured questionnaires, this tool opens the system to your participation, giving all the members of the group or the portal the opportunity to take part.

If a group or a portal has set up any Mailroom processes, those which are open can be viewed in the Mailroom section of the Mailroom main screen. Depending on your configuration and your user role, you can send in new contributions or view published contributions.

1- Go to the Mailroom. If it belongs to the portal, go to Tools in the menu on the left hand side of the portal's main page. If it belongs to a group, go to Groups > The group > Contents > Mailroom.

2- This opens the Active processes main screen where you have two options two options:

•  Participate: Click on the Participate icon.

•  See published contributions: Click on the Published messages icon.
