This option lets you publish a file as a draft and change this property later.
What's it for?
For publishing a file as a draft or deactivating this property in an already published file.
This property just allows you to inform the rest of the group that the document is a draft and subject to change.
Draft files are indicated with the following icon:
How do I use it?
1- Go to the Repository. If the file belongs to the portal, use the Tools option in the menu on the left hand side of the portal's main page. If it belongs to a group, go to Groups > Group > Contents > Repository.
2- When you create a file you can activate the tick box Draft.
3- To deactivate the tick box, just select the file currently published as a draft and click on Edit.
4- You can change this property in the edit screen.
