You can send e-mails to the list directly from the platform, or using your own e-mail utility.
a) To send messages from the platform.
1- Go to Groups and select the group you are interested in.
2- Go to the menu on the left and, under The group,
click on E-mail list.
3- Select Send a message (if there is more than one list, each list will have a button, select the one that you are interested in).
4- A new window will open for you to write your message. It is not necessary to write the e-mail address of the group you are writing to.
5- Write the Message title: A short text describing the content of the message.
6- Write the text of your message in the Message body box. The message can be written in plain text or HTML format. You can include attachments, links, use different fonts and letter sizes, etc.
7- Once you have written your message, click on Next to preview it. To send it click on Send message.
b) To send messages from your own e-mail utility.
1- Write the mailing list's e-mail address directly in the To... box in a new e-mail.
