It is a tool which allows meetings and events to be controlled at group and portal level. It is also possible for it to be the user's own tool, if the portal's administrators allow this.

•  For seeing the events programmed on the Calendar.

•  For adding events to the Calendar.

If you want to access the portal's calendar, go to Tools, in the left hand menu on the main page.

If you want to access a group calendar, go to Groups > My groups > Group > Contents > Calendar.

If you want to access your own user calendar, go to Personal Zone > Own contents > Calendar.
