1- Go to Photo Album. If it belongs to the portal, go to Tools in the left hand menu on the main page of the portal. If it is for a group, go to Groups > The group > Contents > Photo album.

2- Click on Load image.

3- On the next screen click on Browse. Select the image from the hard drive on your computer.

4- Click on Open to select it.

5- Give it a name (optional).

6- Check the I confirm box to validate your rights on the image.

7- Click on Send to publish the selected file.

Note: Please bear in mind that, to ensure the correct functioning of the system, there is a 2 MB limit on the size of any pictures to be uploaded.
