| 1- Go to the Repository. If it is a general portal folder, select it using the Tools option in the left hand menu on the main page of the portal. If it belongs to a group, go to Groups > Group > Contents > Repository.
2- To create a folder:
a) Open the folder in which you want to create the new folder.
Otherwise create the folder in the root folder by default.
b) Click on the New Folder button
which appears at the top and the bottom of the screen.
c) Complete the fields Folder name and
Descriptions in Catalan, Spanish and English.
d) Click on Save.
3- To edit a folder:
a) Tick the check box next to the folder you want to edit and click
Edit.
b) Change the field or fields that you want.
c) Click on Save.
4- To delete a folder:
a) Tick the check box next to the folder you want to delete and click
Delete.
b) If the folder contains files or other folders,
the system will tell you to delete them before you can continue.
c) If the folder doesn't contain files, the system will ask you to confirm that you really want to delete the folder.
d) To confirm, click again on
Delete.
5- To move a folder:
a) Tick the check box next to the folder you want to move and click
Move.
b) The system will show you a list of existing folders and directories in the Repository in tree form.
Select the folder to which you want to move the folder.
c) Click on Move.
