1- Go to Personal zone > Edit profile
2- Fill in the fields with your personal information.
3- To the right of the screen you will see the Visibility option for each field (name, date of birth, etc.) which you can use to set the privacy level of the information. The visibility determines which type of user can see each item of information. You can choose from the following on the Visibility pull-down menu:
- All users: Anyone using the platform can see the information.
- Private: Private information cannot be seen by anyone else, only yourself.
- My contacts: Only people in your list of contacts will be able to see the information.
- Portal: Only users belonging to the portal you are currently logged on to will be able to see the information.
Note:
It is important to remember that changes in visibility settings made to the fields in the Personal details area will affect the whole platform.
4- Click on Save changes. |
