Click on the option Did you forget your password? which appears at the top of any screen, on the right hand side, when you are logged on as a non-registered user.
2- Enter your e-mail.
3- The notification system will send you an e-mail with instructions to visit a page. To change your password you need to click on the link provided. You have to change your password before the date shown in the notification.
(If you get an error message when you click on the link, copy and paste it into your browser, checking that there are no blank spaces.)
4- Go to the page indicated. |
