Your photo can be seen by the users of the portal or the platform or by your contacts, as authorised by you.

The picture you decide to include in your personal profile must be in a compressed format, so that it can be loaded and viewed quickly on internet browsers. Photos must be in GIF or JPG format.

The recommended size for photographs is between 250 x 250 pixels (minimum) and 500 x 375 pixels (maximum).

1- Go to Personal zone > Edit profile.

2- Go to the page which will appear on the screen in the To upload or change your photo section.

3- Click on Browse.

4- The Select file dialogue box will open. Select the folder on your computer where the GIF or JPG image is stored and select the file you wish to insert.

5- Click on Open.

6- Click on the Send button to upload the photo you have selected and the picture you have chosen will be added to your personal profile.

7- Before you Save changes to your profile, you will have to indicate, on the pull-down menu to the right of the photograph, who you want it to be Visible to: All users, Private, My contacts, the portal.
