To change your password:
1- Go to Personal zone > Change
password.
2- Enter your current password in the Old password
text box.
3- Type the new password in the New password text box. It must contain at least 6 alphanumeric characters.
4- Type the new password again in the Verification
text box.
5- Click on Send.
Note:
During the first week after you register with the platform, on the Welcome page of the portal you will be offered the chance to change the password assigned to you by the system for one which you have chosen yourself; you can do this by clicking on a link which appears below your user name and takes you to your personal area. |
